How it works

Whether you're riding solo or with others, The Pedal Project will keep you moving because you'll be exploring while exercising.

1. Create an account.

Select a monthly, six-month, or annual plan.  You can cancel or upgrade easily, so don't sweat the decision on which plan to choose.

2. Choose your ride.

Whether using a rehab bike, a stationary bike, treadmill, or rower, set up at a comfortable distance from a screen. There's no need to purchase equipment if you already have something that's in safe working order.

Need exercise equipment? Find tips here.

3. Place your exerciser in front of a screen.

Line up your pedaler or other exerciser with your TV, laptop, or computer monitor to provide the sensation of travelling through the video. Go as fast or slow as you're comfortable with.

Tips  to connect your TV can be found here.

4. Go places!

Select a "tour" and get started. Tours are groupings of videos by location or theme. You don't need to finish a tour before embarking on a new one. Once you complete a full tour, you'll get a "stamp" on your Pedal Project Passport!
