Refund Policy

If you have a Monthly Membership and cancel, you will not be charged for any future months.

 

If you have a Six Month Membership and wish to cancel prior to the end of 6 months, we'll count your time with us at the monthly rate and refund the rest. You'll also still have access to the site for the days remaining in the month.

 

For example, if you join on January 3rd and cancel on March 1st you'll have used 2 months at $9 each and have 4 unused months. You'll be refunded $31. ($49 - $18 = $31).

 

The same method applies for the Annual Membership.

For example, if you join on January 3 and cancel on May 25, you'll have used 5 months at $9 each. That comes to $45. You'll be refunded $34. ($79 - $45 = $34)

This method is to be fair to all parties allowing the customer to receive a refund for the unused portion of their Six Month or Annual Membership, while keeping the The Pedal Project from absorbing a loss from the plans that are discounted.

Refunds are made to the credit card used to pay for the membership.
